  • Chief eXperience Officer

    Andrew founded Covalent Media Systems, a software company used by archives, corporate libraries, and Hollywood studios to manage their media assets, film and tape archives, and distribution workflows. His software and workflows contributed to more than 1250 Television Shows and Feature Films, including 60 Academy Award winners. Andrew has worked with the Harvard University Anthropology Department, the Walt Disney Library System, and the Star Wars and Indiana Jones film libraries for Disney and Lucas Film.

  • Global Head of Sales and Business Development

    Scott is a veteran of the software industry, having worked in a variety of sales, marketing and product management roles for both early-stage startups (Nanoheal, Optier, Cirba, etc.) as well as industry giants (IBM). He joined Covalent from Nanoheal, where he was the Global Partner Sales Leader, managing Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) relationships, focused on the Digital Workplace marketplace. A history buff with an affection for black and white photography, Scott is excited to help clients convert their analog assets into digital gold.

 
  • Chief Marketing Officer

    Bill is the former Chairman of Havas Worldwide Toronto. His previous clients included Apple, Microsoft, Intel, Xerox, Dell, IBM, PayPal, Air France, LVMH, Volvo, Belvedere Vodka, Merck, Reckitt Benckiser, Fidelity Investments, New Balance, and others. Bill co-founded four marketing services companies, an e-CRM company purchased by a U.S. venture capital company, and most recently Havas Digital, the fastest growing division of Havas Canada. Bill also built the first analytics engine for Dell Computer as featured in Reinventing Dell.

 
 
  • Chief Scientist

    An expert developer with more than 20 years of experience. His technical expertise is complimented by experience in the post-production field of the film industry with a focus on video and film for restoration purposes. Herb’s technical experience involved advanced database and computer decision applications. Development projects range from complex derivative and quantitative trading programs to database design, support and management of global information systems.

 
  • Attorney, Outside Council

    Jeff is a Principal Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He has represented leading entertainers, entertainment companies and athletes in securities, trademark-licensing and other financial/joint venture transactions. Prior and current entertainment clients include Aerosmith, Jimmy Buffett, Def Leppard, the Estates of Michael Jackson and Bob Marley, Margaritaville and Justin Timberlake. Prior and current sports-related clients include CrossFit, Magic Johnson, Apolo Ohno, and Kelly Slater. Jeff has represented cosmetics and other leisure-time companies in securities and trademark matters in dozens of countries, and lectured on entertainment, securities, and legal and accounting malpractice at 18 universities and in 11 countries.
